How do I cancel my HiFi subscription?

Cancel in the App Store or Google Play. Your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, so HiFi can’t cancel it for you.

1. On Home, tap the profile button in the top corner to open Account & settings.

2. Tap Manage subscription.

3. Tap the option to manage your plan. HiFi opens your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

4. Select HiFi.

5. Tap the cancel option and confirm.

You keep HiFi until the end of the period you’ve paid for, or until your free trial ends. Uninstalling HiFi doesn’t cancel your subscription.

What else should I do when I cancel?

Turn off call forwarding if you use it. When your subscription ends, HiFi stops handling your calls. If forwarding is still on, calls to your number keep going to HiFi and don’t reach you. Read “Turn off call forwarding”.
