How do I delete my account?
Delete your account from the bottom of Account & settings. You can’t undo this.
On Home, tap the profile button in the top corner to open Account & settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
If you use call forwarding, tap Turn off call forwarding when HiFi asks.
Choose a reason for leaving.
Tap Delete this account and local app data.
HiFi shows Account deleted when it’s done. Deleting your account removes your call logs, voice messages, transcripts, summaries, events, reminders, and blocked numbers. HiFi keeps certain data, such as spam and fraud reports you submitted.
If you use call forwarding, HiFi asks you to turn it off before you can delete your account. This way, calls to your number ring your phone again after your account is gone. For steps, read “Turn off call forwarding”.
For the full steps, read “Delete your HiFi account and data”.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it before you delete your account so you aren’t charged again. Read “Cancel HiFi”.
