Delete a call from Call Activity
Delete a call when you no longer want it in your history.
On Home, tap the call in Call Activity to open Call Details.
Tap the menu button (three dots) in the top corner.
Tap Delete call activity.
The call is removed from Call Activity, along with its summary, transcript, and any voice message.
To mark calls as viewed without deleting them, tap Clear at the top of Call Activity instead. See “Review your Call Activity”.
To delete all your calls at once, you can delete your HiFi account. This also deletes your voice messages, transcripts, summaries, events, reminders, and blocked numbers. See “Delete your HiFi account and data”.
Tell HiFi whether a summary was useful
Rate a summary to help HiFi write better ones. Below the Call Summary in Call Details, HiFi asks Is this summary useful?
Tap the thumbs-up or thumbs-down.
Answer the follow-up question:
After a thumbs-up, HiFi asks What did we get right?
After a thumbs-down, HiFi asks What went wrong with this summary?
Optional: Select Include transcript to help us improve to send the call’s transcript with your feedback.
Send your feedback.
What happens to my summary feedback?
The HiFi team uses your rating and comments to improve call summaries. Your transcript is sent only if you select Include transcript to help us improve. If you leave the box unselected, only your rating and comments are sent.
For other ideas or problems, see “Send feedback and feature requests”.
