Share call details

How do I share information from a call?

Use Share call details in Call Details to choose what to share. Then send it with your phone’s share options, like Messages, email, or a notes app.

  1. On Home, tap the call in Call Activity to open Call Details.

  2. Tap Share call details.

  3. Choose what to share:

    • Caller name and number

    • Call Summary

    • Call transcript

    • Voice message audio

  4. Your phone’s share sheet opens. Pick the app or person you want to share with.

What can I share from a call?

Each option shares a different part of the call:

  • Caller name and number: the caller’s name, if HiFi knows it, and their phone number. This is useful for passing a lead or a contact to someone else.

  • Call Summary: the short, plain-language summary of the call.

  • Call transcript: the word-for-word transcript. Parts of the call where Incognito was on aren’t included.

  • Voice message audio: the recording of the message the caller left with HiFi. This option is available when the caller left a message.

Can I copy the summary instead?

Yes. To paste the summary into another app yourself, tap Copy summary in the Call Summary section of Call Details. To copy a single phone number, email, or address, tap it and choose Copy. See “Act on phone numbers, emails, and addresses from a call”.

What should I think about before sharing?

Summaries, transcripts, and voice messages can include personal details about the caller, like their phone number, address, or the reason they called. Share them only with people who need them, to respect the caller’s privacy. Once you share something, the copy you sent is outside HiFi. Deleting the call in HiFi doesn’t delete the copy.
