Review your Call Activity

What is Call Activity?

Call Activity is the list of your calls on Home. It shows every kind of call in one place:

  • Calls HiFi handled for you.

  • Calls you answered yourself.

  • Calls HiFi transferred to you.

  • Calls you placed.

  • Missed and declined calls.

  • Calls HiFi blocked.

The newest calls appear at the top. Each row shows who called, or who you called, and a short caption that explains what happened. Tap any call to open Call Details, where you can read the summary and transcript.

What do the captions in Call Activity mean?

Each row in Call Activity has a short caption, so you can see what happened at a glance:

  • You missed a call from: A call rang you and you didn’t answer.

  • Blocked a call from: HiFi blocked the call. The reason appears in Call Details.

  • … didn’t answer your call: You placed a call and the other person didn’t pick up.

  • Play voicemail: The caller left a message. Tap to listen.

  • Snoozed: The call came in while Snooze was on.

  • Maybe spam: The call shows some signs of spam.

  • You reported this call as spam (or as not spam, or as not fraud): You sent a report about this call.

If HiFi isn’t sure who’s calling, it may show a guess, like Maybe: followed by a name.

How can I tell what happened on a call?

The title at the top of Call Details tells you how the call went:

  • Call from: HiFi answered and handled the call for you.

  • Call with: You talked with the caller, either because you answered or because you took over from HiFi.

  • Voice message from: HiFi took a message from the caller.

  • Voice message to: You reached someone’s voicemail.

  • You called: You placed the call.

  • Missed call from or Declined call from: The call rang you and you didn’t answer, or you declined it. HiFi then answered.

  • Silenced call from: The call came in but didn’t ring you.

  • Group Call: More than two people were on the call. Participants shows how many.

Tags like Snoozed or Incognito can also appear in Call Details.

Mark all calls as viewed with Clear

Tap Clear at the top of Call Activity on Home to mark all new calls as viewed. Clear doesn’t delete anything. Your calls, summaries, and transcripts stay in Call Activity.

Use Clear when you’ve caught up and don’t want to open every new call. To remove a call for good, see “Delete a call and rate a summary”.

Search your calls

Use the search bar at the top of Home to find a call or contact. Search results are grouped into Calls and Contacts.

Search also looks inside call transcripts. If you remember something a caller said, like a company name or an address, search for it. The call appears in the Calls results.

Search on Home doesn’t include messages, events, or reminders. To find a text, use the search in the Messages tab. See “Filter, search, and manage conversations”.
