Which countries can use HiFi?
HiFi is currently only available in the United States, in English. You can download it from the App Store on iPhone or from Google Play on Android.
If you open HiFi outside the US, you might see the message “This app is currently available only in the US.” Call forwarding also works only with US carriers. If your carrier isn’t in a supported country, HiFi shows “Call forwarding is not supported in your country yet.”
Which phone numbers work with HiFi?
HiFi works with US phone numbers. To keep your existing number, your carrier must support call forwarding to HiFi. These US carriers are supported:
AT&T
Verizon, Xfinity Mobile, Tracfone, and Spectrum
T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket, and Boost Mobile
If your carrier isn’t on the list, you can get a new US HiFi number instead.
