Manage your HiFi subscription

How does the HiFi subscription work?

HiFi is a subscription you pay monthly or yearly. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Your subscription is billed through the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android, and prices are shown there.

You choose a plan during setup:

  1. Tap YEARLY or MONTHLY.

  2. Tap Start Free-trial.

When the 14-day trial ends, your plan starts at the price shown and renews automatically until you cancel.

How do I see my plan?

Your plan details are in Account & settings.

  1. On Home, tap the profile button in the top corner.

  2. Tap Manage subscription.

You see your Current plan, Billing cycle, and Next renewal date. If you’ve canceled, you see an Expiration date instead.

How do I restore a purchase or redeem a code?

Use Restore purchases if you already paid but HiFi doesn’t show your subscription. This can happen after you reinstall HiFi or move to a new phone.

  1. Make sure you’re signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to subscribe.

  2. Open Account & settings > Manage subscription.

  3. Tap Restore purchases.

On iPhone: If you have a promo or offer code, tap Redeem code in Manage subscription, or Redeem code on the subscription screen during setup. Enter the code when the App Store asks.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You cancel through the App Store or Google Play, not inside HiFi. Manage subscription in HiFi opens the right place for you.

  1. Open Account & settings > Manage subscription.

  2. Tap the option to manage your plan. HiFi opens your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

  3. Select HiFi.

  4. Tap the cancel option and confirm.

You can also cancel from your phone:

  • On iPhone: Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then tap HiFi.

  • On Android: Open Google Play, tap your profile picture, tap Payments & subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions and choose HiFi.

To avoid being charged, cancel before your free trial ends. Deleting HiFi from your phone doesn’t cancel your subscription.

If you use call forwarding, turn it off before your subscription ends. Otherwise, calls to your number keep going to HiFi, and you won’t receive them. For steps, read “Turn off call forwarding”.

Troubleshooting

  • “Your subscription has expired” or “Subscription required”: Your plan has ended. Subscribe again from Account & settings > Subscribe to HiFi. If you don’t want to renew and you use call forwarding, turn off call forwarding so calls ring your phone again.

  • Account & settings shows only Subscribe to HiFi: HiFi doesn’t see an active subscription. Tap Restore purchases if you already paid, or subscribe again.

  • You were charged after canceling: Charges are handled by Apple or Google. Contact App Store or Google Play support to request a refund.
